I am looking for a lot to park a camper or RV.
Ideally, this could be renting a nice shady spot on someone's property, who doesn't mind having a decent, helpful neighbor and a few extra dollars every month.
I want to keep my overhead low.
About me:
I have a steady job on a track toward management, which is why I wish to remain in the area.
I have a house paid off in Missouri where I could live nearly free.
I don't want to live in someone's house where my three poodles might be a concern to them.
I want to buy a camper that I can tow with my Suburban when needed, which I can fix up at my leisure, and when I do move, perhaps sell for more than I paid.
I have previously renovated houses top to bottom, so I am not afraid of fixing something up.
If I get something unattractive on the outside, then outside repairs will top the list to prevent it being an eyesore.
Other than that, I go to work and come home to my dogs and make art in my spare time, and am getting into selling at the flea market, so I wish to live someplace close to either the flea market or to my job.
I am 44 and have been divorced several times, so I am content with myself and my dogs.
I volunteer with animal rescue, and have done volunteer with the elderly, so I hope to simplify life so I
can get back to doing that as well.
My ideal is spending $200-250 per month on a place to park a camper.
Water hookup is nice, but it is not a must have; neither is sewer, as the camper can be driven to the location to dump the tank.
I work at a hotel and have a gym membership.
I have solar panels, which can operate my computer, phone and low wattage monitor, however, my crafts use glue gun, heat gun and dremel, so I prefer to be able to run an extension cord to an outlet if possible.
I am happy to pay extra if I have access to high speed internet, as I want to upload craft videos to youtube, and I watch youtube constantly for ideas.
