unopened desk (Columbia)

Brand new desk, not even out of the box.
Thought I’d need it but don’t have the room.
Cherry wood, perfect for a home office.
Looking for some basic repairs done such as repairing a ceiling light, shower repair, or other minor jobs that would take about an hour or two at most.
Also willing to trade for queen mattress or possibly other furniture or household items.
