Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers
Encouraging clients to partake in our Interior Design Program
Assisting customers through the entire buying process - from purchase to delivery
Achieving and driving sales goals - monthly and yearly
Preserving the established team environment

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
One year of sales experience desired - retail sales preferred
Understanding of, or ability to learn, how to operate an Ipad
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Passion for working with people
Basic computer knowledge
Coachable, self-motivated individual ready to learn and improve
Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales process
This position requires work on weekends and holidays
This is a full-time position
Our Retail Sales Representatives bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales-related experience.
We have previous high school and college athletes, hotel/restaurant associates, retail managers, stay-at-home parents returning to work, and much more! We hire for ambition, attitude, and ethics, then train for furniture knowledge and sales process.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the gallery
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employees
Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk briskly
Must be able to kneel to pick up items from the ground
Must be able to move furniture lifting to 50 pounds
Must be able to type and hold an iPad
