Male Cat Rehome (Pomaria)

Landlords are unexpectedly moving back and we have to leave unfortunately I can’t bring this baby with me :(.
He is 1.
5 years old, just recently got out of the kitten stage but still enjoys playtime here and there.
Ive lived on 10 open acres so he has spent some time outside but mostly indoors- never runs off.
He loves to hunt for bugs around the house.
When he was a kitten the shelter somehow messed up his neuter and he needed an additional surgery to fix- he’s a little weird when it comes to touching the back of him because of that but hasn’t ever snapped at us.
LOVES head/neck rubs.
Neutered, microchipped, I need to take him for his 1 year shots but would be happy to do that prior to exchange.
Litterbox trained and will also go outside if you let him- I’ve never had an issue with him spraying anything.
Also has been around dogs since 9 weeks old and loves to play with them.
No rehoming fee would just like to have the peace of mind he will be taken care of.
