Position: Resupply Customer Service Representative Position Reports To: Branch Manager/CSR Director Location: Lexington, SC Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this position, you are responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the service of respiratory products and pap supplies with patients/clients, co-workers, and referral sources.

Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line) Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills · Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions · Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred Required Skills: Critical thinking and problem solving skills Self-motivation, organized, time-management skills Multi-task along with attention to detail Work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Continuing Education As designated by management to include company in services and off-site training programs as appropriate to industry and position.
