* Provide exceptional customer service to each hotel guest.
* Efficiently check in/out each guest, ensuring proper payment and confirming room types, rates, dates of stay, and additional stay details.
* Acknowledge all Rewards Club members, repeat guests, corporate accounts, and group attendees.
* Effectively communicate with guests and other departments.
* Provide solutions when presented with problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist with room reservations
* Be proactive in attending to guest needs, take care of requests, and assist throughout their stay.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow employees, and vendors.
* Must have flexible hours shifts including weekends and holidays
