State Credit Union is seeking Spanish speaking bilingual applicants for a Full Time Member Service Representative located in a phone center environment.
Applicants should have at least 1 year customer service experience in a financial institution, must be bilingual in the Spanish language, and have professional communication skills.
Candidates are required to be well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess good computer skills, and be able to consistently handle difficult member issues.
All applicants must prove to be proficient in speaking the Spanish language in order to be considered, as a minimum requirement.
Bilingual written communication is a plus.
