Do you have strong organizational and people skills? Are you a leader committed to getting hospice patients the care they deserve? We are looking for a customer relations specialist committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity.
As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and triaging patient needs, coordinating referrals, and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency.
Most importantly, you’ll be a key player in ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need.

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Education: Associate degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting.
Customer Service and office management experience preferred.
Required: Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
