*Inside Sales / Customer Service*
*Overview:*
* The objective of the Inside Sales, is to work with the sales management team providing customer support.
This person will seek to support and maintain existing accounts by providing expertise and customer service that exceeds expectations.
*Profile:*
* The ideal person will be able to understand the vision and direction of Performance Ink.
This person should be able to develop and build relationships with customers and provide support to these accounts.
This person should be relational, administrative, comfortable working with various computer programs, capable of balancing many tasks at one time and be a team player.
*Time and Commitment:*
* The time and commitment include the agreed upon number of office hours, any overtime required, and any other events or activities where the assistance of this position may be needed.
There will be limited travel involved.
This is a full-time position.
*Responsibilities:*
* Report to and work with the Senior Accounts Manager, to support current and potential customers.
* Order Handling, this includes, quoting, order entry and production job jackets
* Technical support as able to help customers determine the best solution for their needs
* Seek to grow new products within existing accounts
* Be involved with and support all marketing efforts
* Being a Team Player and Helping Where Needed in All Aspects of Performance Ink When Needs Arise
*Compensation:*
* Salary = TBD
* All benefits as offered to Full Time Performance Ink Employees, including health insurance, 401K, vision and dental optional benefits.
* Reimbursement for approved travel expenses
