*What’s the role?*
This is a “client-facing” role providing payroll processing and support to multiple small businesses.
We offer payroll outsourcing solutions to small businesses.
You will be working with clients daily and will be expected to learn and follow our customer service best practices.
*Ideal Candidate Will Possess:*
* Payroll processing experience (ideally in a payroll service bureau environment)
* Experience working with HRIS systems
* Automated timekeeping admin experience
* Amazing attitude
* Experience working for a payroll service bureau
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Assisting with the implementation process of new clients: information gathering, setting up clients, enrolling employees and loading historical information in payroll platform
* Process and help clients with their payroll processing.
* Train new clients on how to use the payroll portal and HRIS/ timekeeping systems.
* Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process
* Manage workflow through the first payroll period to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, applying multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Review and reconcile payrolls prior to transmission to client, validating confirmed reports
* Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and with excellent communication skills (by phone and email)
* Research and resolve client/system problems, offering solutions with timely responses; document special requests
* Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and coworkers to promote a quality service image
* Provide back-up support to other payroll team members as needed
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve payroll-related concerns
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned
* Assisting in all other facets of the company as required
