* Establish a professional rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
* Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.
* Provide additional supervision of children during weekly field trips and off-site activities.
* Physical ability to work around children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
* Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
