Lead Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere - Teach and reinforce basic academic skills, including literacy and numeracy - Engage students in hands-on learning activities and play-based experiences - Monitor student progress and provide individualized support as needed - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance - Follow all licensing regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Qualifications: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong classroom management skills - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with daycare or childcare settings - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and develop age-appropriate curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Physical education or tutoring experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
