The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Director for our top-rated school on Clemson Road in Columbia.
No nights or weekends.
We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Salary range: $48,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials.
Quarterly bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education or related field required.
Three to five years of previous management experience.
Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
