Young Toddler Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Teach basic academic skills such as math, language, and science - Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and behavior management techniques - Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators Qualifications: - Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
