*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to create a stimulating and nurturing environment for our preschool-aged children.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility and a passion for early childhood education.
*Responsibilities:*
* Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
* Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
* Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
* Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
*Experience:*
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting
* Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
* Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children
* Experience in babysitting, nannying, or infant/toddler care is a plus
* Ability to create an engaging and educational classroom environment
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
