*Job Title: Caregiver*
*Program: Homecare*
We are looking for Caregiver to provide homecare services to our clients.
The candidate should be able to care for out clients with compassion and be passionate about what they do.
*Duties/Responsibilities *
· Extends professional interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, participants, participants’ families, visitors, and coworkers confidentially.
· Previous experience caring for elderly and individuals with intellectual disabilities.
· Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, escorting, incontinence care, assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary.
· Assist with activities of daily living and outings.
· Monitor and Documents actions, changes in resident's health and condition by completing forms, reports, logs, and records to report to supervisor.
· Maintains professional work operations by following policies and procedures while protecting organization’s values and confidentiality agreement HIPAA, ; federal, state, and local requirements SCL guidelines.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Other Duties as Required.
*Knowledge of:*
· Adult, Child, and Adolescent development/needs/behavior.
· Previous experience a caregiver.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
· 2+ years’ experience
· Caregiver Certification
