A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.
You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 8 year(s) in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities, emphasizing the following areas: Supporting all elements of the corporate development process, including inorganic strategy, target origination, thorough valuation and financial modeling, synergy / dis-synergy analysis, due diligence, negotiations, deal strategy, documentation, and integration planning; Being viewed as a skilled and thought partner to strategic business unit and firm leadership regarding inorganic growth objectives; Proven ability to develop high-caliber presentation materials for executive leadership, M&A investment committees, board of directors, and other stakeholders; Building complex financial models for M&A, joint ventures, divestitures and partnerships; Assisting business leaders in developing business cases, strategy, and assessment of ROI and risk; Proven experience in project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams; Demonstrating problem-solving with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decision-making; Being able to communicate and present professionally to senior executive leadership and cultivate relationships; Assisting in managing external relationships with investment bankers, advisors, and private equity sponsors; Leading and coaching teams, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback; and, Demonstrating critical thinking with a focus on continuous learning, development, and process improvement.
