JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
Maintain a clean, respectful, and orderly classroom, and follow classroom and school procedures as directed by the school
Communicate in a friendly and positive manner towards staff/administrators, students, parents, etc.
Protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
Ensure the safety/confidentiality of students at all times
Keep records on attendance, accident/incidents
Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
